"Wonderful stay here with my wife for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was exceptional and our room had a lovely view of lake Lugano. Definitely come here if you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Also had a day pass for the CEO spa at the hotel next door which was phenomenal! "The service was top notch here. They have convenient shuttles to and from the train station and ferry dock. They will help book dinner reservations and other taxis as needed. Free delicious breakfast and access to the gardens unless there's an event. However, our room did have significant spiders and webs so the rooms do not appear to be deep cleaned often. We spent an hour of our first night catching spiders. Not sure if it is worth the price with that in mind. "

"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything. "The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel.
