"We were first assigned to a villa that had faulty air con, faulty water heater, and leaking pipes. The hotel recovered by transferring us to another villa where some phones weren’t working and the pool lights were malfunctioning, which they sent some staff to fix. Nonetheless, it was a relatively good stay where we didn’t have to worry much and the night market was just a street away. "We have travelled all around Vietnam and have so many lovely stays everywhere we have stayed but the service here was a dream. So many smiles and kindness from all the staff. The grounds are stunning, Pool beautiful and warm. We even found a wine we liked here which is saying alot. The tropical foliage on the paths around grounds is stunning as well. "From our enthusiastic welcome to our warm send off, our stay at the Famiana Resort & Spa was superb. From the ever smiling Loc at the front desk, to Tuyet and Diem who were always ready to help and were always so kind, our 21 night stay was beyond excellent. "Everything was great and convenient. Free transfer to/from airport, spacious clean room, sea view with daily sunset, amazing breakfast, friendly people, beach nearby, walking distance to shops, restaurants. I do not even know what else to say. Noon check out. Do not remember the price I paid, but I am sure, not much. Anyways, I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel."
