"Fabulous hotel in a beautiful location, the road from the airport is very twisty and narrow in places but worth it . The staff are the friendliest we’ve ever met , nothing is too much trouble, they even charged my cell phone when I couldn’t get it to work! Lovely breakfast and the rooftop restaurant is amazing, great food and ambience. We had massages which were excellent too. I highly recommend this place ."

"The whole place smells like cigarettes, bathroom had what appeared to be black mold under the bathtub & there was hair on the floor from previous guests. All that being said the bed was really comfy & the area was close to all the fun restaurants but far enough away to be quiet"

"The hotel is in a really nice area of Rethymno. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only downside was the breakfast, wasn’t what you’d expect at a 4star hotel."

"Unique and magical place. The set up in old town is beautiful. The apartments are very comfortable and charmingly decorated. Great breakfast. Diner at Avli restaurant was quite an experience. Service is top notch everywhere in the hotel. Highly recommended! "

"View to die for!!! Excellent place, amazing boutique hotel with incredible view, sea had to many waves, so we used the little pool, which was great and had an awesome time. Restaurant was top tier, food was great, service was great, seafood moussaka not so much, order anything else, you will thank me for it, will stay here again next year. Great couples place. "

"It would have been fine for third/half the price. Lots of problems in the room wihch were partly sorted out. I understand it is supply and demand but for the cost I woudl expext it to be much nigher standard."

"La cosa peggiore è stata il cibo: scarsa colazione e alimenti di scarsa qualità, poca scelta sia per la cena che per la colazione; sicuramente non all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle. Scomoda la posizione :per andare al mare bisogna attraversare la superstrada oppure arrivare ad un sottopasso non molto comodo e vicino. Camere scarne e non perfettamente pulite. L'unica nota positiva è stata la gentilezza dello staff. "

"What i did not like was the pool is not clean, it has a yellow stucky film around the while pool. And there is a lot of bacteria in the pool. I can tell it has not been cleand for a while."
