"Excellent service provided. Easy parking and huge choice at breakfast. Will definitely return. Only issue was looking onto building work from the window, but that’s hopefully going to be a temporary issue. "

"Very walkable, convenience store close-by. Canal & boats about 10-15 min easy walk. Reakfasr is excellent. Comfortable room-we didn’t have much of a view but didn’t matter as in room to allow. Comfortable bed, crisp linens. Very enjoyable stay Be certain to take one of the boat rides, we did it @ sunset & it was unique. Planned to do a walking tour in am but person cancelled @ last minute."

"Nice place to stay, new for me is the need for showier cap in pool, also couldn't get the Turkish steam bath to work and the Sauna wasn't included the cost fo the room..Disappointing, however the hotel otherwise was very good. "

"Good location. Very nice room. Difficult to unload as the hotel frontage is in a very tight street. Parking is available but you have to use a card key (borrowed from the front desk) to park your car at the mall parking lot across the street. It is a bit of a challenge navigating to the hotel and the mall."

"Wonderful hotel in a wonderful town. We stayed in three other "nice" hotels on our Portugal trip, and this one was so much better than the rest. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and made you feel like a "Guest" not just a number. Clean and beautifully decorated with everything prepared to a very high level. Lovely bar with piano player every night. We can't wait to stay there again!"
