"Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst door Francisco en Bubbles, de hond rond het late tijdstip van 21:30 uur. Op voorhand al binnengelootsd met Whatsapp berichten, aangevuld met to-do-tips. Een verblijf achter in de volledig met diverse zithoekjes ingerichte tuin waar de huiseigenaar zelf geen gebruik van maakte tijdens ons verblijf. Ontbijt op voorhand door Francisco geregeld. "Es un alojamiento con todo lo necesario , incluso con zona de comedor y nevera si necesitas dejar algo. En cambio el olor de la recepción era terrible, como a tubería , llegaba casi hasta las habitaciones. En las escaleras encontramos ropa de cama y toallas en el suelo que estuvieron durante dos días así como una bolsa de basura. La limpieza del baño no era muy exquisita tampoco. "

"Great cozy guesthouse, situated right in the center of Aveiro. Fine common space with a kitchen you can use (there is a refrigerator too). Nice room with a comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. Delicious breakfast in the morning, which you can eat in the sunny patio. Overall - great at this price."

"Not even close to expectations. Dificult check in process, very small room, one "bed" was just a matress in floor and worst of all "bathroom" was just in room with glass division, no privacy at all."

"Diogo ha sido muy amable, nos dio la opción de salir un poco más tarde. Sí hay lavadora, está en el baño del patio. La cocina es poco práctica, escaso menaje, muy antigua. Muchísima humedad, aunque había un deshumidificador no era suficiente para toda la vivienda. El wifi llega a una parte de la casa. La vivienda, aunque parece de 2 alturas, está todo en la planta baja. Las toallas de baño están disponibles según el anuncio, pero a 1€ cada una. Lo mejor la ubicación (junto a las playas)y la...
