"We did not use the onsen and we were only here for one night. Things to note… it’s very hard to travel around this area! No Ubers lol. We were able to get people to call us taxis so make sure to have cash! We loved our traditional room, I just wish for foreigners they had instructions. Other than that, we had a great stay :) very peaceful and beautiful area. The view of the mountain was awesome! "

The owner of the hotel and brother are not sitting back and supervising their staffs, but are contributing their parts to take care of the guests directly.
