"The hotel is right on the beach, and has a beautiful outdoor pool. The hotel, however is misleading; there is a 12 Euro charge to use the indoor pool and spa for a 75 min session. There is no shuttle bus to the city centre, at least during the winter months. Bolt fees around 8Euro each way. The New Years Day brunch was excellent. "

"Lovely property but I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to find out the sky bar was closed until 2025, this was not communicated prior to our stay and was not stated anywhere on the hotel listing prior to booking. The skybar was one of the main things that attracted us to the hotel when looking and had we known it wouldn’t be open we may have reconsidered this. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was excellent and a good variety. Room was clean and balcony big enough for sunbathing too. We loved the spa in the morning and beach club just across the road was the best fun! All pools were clean and safety was a priority. Plenty of activities for children and excellent entertainment in the evenings. There are gift shops, arcade and bars on site and swap shop at reception where we left sunscreen and kids items for the pool. Will definitely be back...

"Charges for use of fridge, safety deposit box etc., outrageous. Food in the restaurant always cold and bread not fresh every day. Ordered sardines for lunch and they were from a tin. Staff in restaurant not very friendly. Pool toilet door did not lock and no toilet paper provided. Definitely not a four star establishment."
