We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). The unit was clean and spacious with nice amenities like a washer/dryer and a patio area with a nice view. The unit is at the back of the building so the noise from the road is really minimized.
