"We had a great time at Vinilia, the castle, surroundings and pool are wonderful. Our room had modern amenities with an Italian style. We had dinner at their restaurant Casamatta, chef Pietro Penna tribute to his cuisine and journey was outstanding, breakfast was the perfect starting of the day with delicious bread and fruits. Thank you to all the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, especial thanks to William and Andrea."

"The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. "Overnight stay close to Brindisi-Taranto highway. Set in farmland, but close enough to the highway to hear the noise of traffic but not oppressively so.. The property itself was furnished to a good standard and finishes were impressive. My room looked out over the pool which was beautiful. There was a lack of power points in the room, but the wifi worked. Huge property but quite empty due to the time of year. Probably comes to life in season. "

"We were given this accomodation after our awful experience in Ostuni. It was out in the sticks with nothing nearby. We arrived late so were offered dinner, which we welcomed as there was no alternative nearby. The food and rooms are basic with hard lumpy pillows and no real room service, attempting to make a bed and not actually do anything else is not room service in a so called 4 star hotel.. No kettle in the room and no wifi or phone signal. We ventured out one night but found the surrounding...
