It was an amazing location for the carnival as was on the carnival route . "Need to make the elevator less scary.... I did not use it after the first time , I was on the 5th floor and the elevator dropped 10-12 inches at the top. Decided to use all 124 stairs instead."

"The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception. "
