"The property was beautiful and very close to the happenings in town. There were some challenging parking issues the first day but they were fixed by morning (we had to find local parking and pay in coins because the valet wasn’t an option). The hotel breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is close to the marina and the center of town but quite far from the cable car to Erice. "We really enjoyed our two day stay at this hotel. The receptionist (Ileana) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area close to the sea. The only small difficulty was the fact that the streets around the hotel have restricted access for cars, so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage. "The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found. The service was the highlight, particularly at the breakfast, both Marco and Valentina did everything they could to make our experience the best. Congrats to this team! "
