"Just about everything was great. Had an unfortunate experience at the Bistro on site for breakfast when the kitchen was shorthanded and the waitstaff did not advise of delays until we got up to find someone to ask - 40 min after ordering - when our food might arrive. Poorly trained waitress was dismissive/defensive rather than being informative/hospitable. It really stood out because we enjoyed such good service throughout our 2 weeks around Scotland at all manner of establishments. Hotel was...

"Great location of the property - walkable to Inveraray city center. Easy kids menu option - great to have swimming pool facility. It does the job for a 2 nights week end. Housekeeping staff very kind. Hotel needs renovation in all area. "
