"The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it."

"Os funcionários excelentes, mas a proprietária deixou a desejar. Muitos gatos pela pousada inteira, andam por tudo, tenho renite alérgica me deu vários acessos de tosse. As toalhas só foram trocadas porque pedimos. Não é feito limpeza nos quartos diariamente. A TV além de antiguissima não funcionava, trocaram e não funcionou tbem. Não tem lista de preços nos quartos para alimentação extra. Wii de baixa qualidade. A piscina fica num Local onde caem muitas folhas e insetos, deveriam limpar pela...
