"Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Giselda front of house in the Breakfast restaurant was so welcoming it made me feel at home it was amazing how she remembered my name, prety impressive with the number of residents staying there in the hotel. "The hotel was great, no elevator to the 6th floor so I had to walk from 5th up the stairs. Which is fine except when I first arrived and the key card didn't work and I had to go back down again with luggage to correct it. Parking was also a bit distant considering rain"
