"Lovely place to stay and not far from things, limited restaurant selection in the area"

"The hotel is almost perfect. Breakfast is top notch. Three minor things: 1. We stay at the 2nd floor. There are constantly humming sound from trolly every few minutes. I think it did not happen during late night. I think this only happen for lower floor. So try to ask for a high floor if you are a light sleeper. 2. The hotel has a self service laundry room. There is only one washer/dryer there. The day when we try to use. Looks like the hotel employee is also using it to wash a lot bath robes....

It’s very walkable, and it’s a 5-min walk to the Duomo and right next to the shopping mall. We felt quite safe when we were there. Although we didn’t eat there, the rooftop restaurant had nice views, and the drinks were good. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, so it was very spacious - the first room we got was cramped and had a strong smoke smell - when we called,...
