Initially attracted by the price which was a little cheaper than others in the area and I try to stay in pubs where possible rather than budget chain hotel type places. Found the whole experience to be really lovely. The room was basic, pretty much as I had expected but was clean throughout and had all the amenities I really needed: tea & coffee, towels, en-suite & shower. Couldn't ask for more really. "First time i have stayed at The Fox Inn but won't be my last, a great place to stop with very friendly staff. The room was fantastic and had everything you need, tea, coffee, shower & my room also had a bath.Plenty of parking directly outside your room. The pub itself was lovely, the food was fantastic along with the traditional English breakfast i had in the morning. Nothing but good things to say about the Fox Inn.."
