"We had rented the apartment and it was very nice, clean and cosy. Fortunately we did not have to cook nor eat onsite because it is really not equipped to do any kind of cooking. Maybe a trashcan in the kitchen could be useful also? Beyond this, the breakfast was nice and staff very friendly. We had just a big issue when checking out where they wanted us to pay 179 EUR for cleaning and other fees... it was 99 80 and I did not understand what it was for. I showed them that we had already paid...

"This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town of Gallipoli. It's a peaceful haven in a perfect location and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and there are lots of seating areas on various levels. The staff are amazing! The breakfast staff, especially Alessia and Alessandra looked after us really well. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "

"Really great spot that epitomizes the south west of Puglia. Lovely old buildings that have been renovated. Great pool. Unfortunately this was out of action the day we wanted to use it, but I still had a dip in the bambino pool! Horses surround the property too, so day hello. Great, grand main building too, with a lovely Edra lounge in the entrance, and frescos all throughout. Definitely worth a stay!"

"Oh my word! Amazing, I Booked this property only because of its location. From the lobby displaying vintage vehicles, and antiques, as well as local artisan creations. "Great place to stay. Still relatively new, so theyre working out the finer details, but the tooms were a really good size.
