"The hotel is just off the main shopping area so there are lots of places to get food and drinks nearby. It was also within walking distance of the massive christmas market (this was one of the reason I chose it). On first view the inside of the hotel looks quite dated - lots of dark wood everywhere. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.We were given a room at the front of the hotel on the first floor. "Property is great, location is good. However, day after checked out they took money from my bank account worth £873.19 and I am not aware of this. I have contacted the property as I am back in my country already. I paid the property booking via Expedia in full. So, I was so shocked with this charges and I don't know what this for. I hope they will sort this matter quickly, and I need my money back."

"The Hotel is convenient because it is close to the airport. Only meal offered is breakfast. There is a catch with parking: it is free to park on the spots outside, but when you enter the garage it is EUR 17. There is a sign, but you cant see it in the dark. "

"Lovely property with generous sized & tastefully decorated rooms. Staff at reception & the bar were very helpful & spoke excellent English. Our meal in the bar (club sandwiches) was tasty, fresh & not greasy. The only negative was that for the “comfort” rooms in the heritage part of the property, there is no lift to help with heavy luggage, however a staff member happily took my husband’s luggage upstairs."

"Amazing hotel, we were very comfortable staying at Best Western hotel. The staff was welcoming and always smiling, rooms are clean and comfortable. They have private parking which was for 10€ for 24 hours and breakfast for around 13€ but worth it! Will definitely stay again"
