"Loved our stay at Yotel. Please was very clean and staff we very helpful and friendly. We had on supper at hotel and the food was a 10. Definitely recommend."

"this hotel has a hidden gem. if you want good service, a smile and extra effort to make your stay very pleasant you must see Jasmine at the front desk. Her recommendations were on point. She went out of her way to contact us acting as a concierge for the hotel, although probably not paid as a concierge. whatever we needed she was there to help it. She took a day off and it was not a good experience, but she was back the next day to make it all better. As far as the hotel, it was pretty nice. the food was OK and the place was clean and spacious easy walk to all the bridges and tourist things. Port tasting and great food I must say watch out for the cobblestone streets. They have a lot of potholes as I hit one and fell on my knee and face."

"Fantastic stay here, rooms very comfortable and spacious. Having a balcony and a pool right in the heart of Porto is rare, Hotel right in the heart and close by to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially reception. Will definitely return here again."

"Great location - Heroismo station literally a minute to the right oppsite the Hotel.Modern hotel with good facilities and helpful attentive staff, lovely comfortable room, great stay.Good local bars and restaurants. My first time in Porto and i am in awe, such a beautiful city but despite the weather i still managed to see many sights and visit 4 cellars and sample the famous Port ( including a visit to The Douro valley).Looking foward to returning to Porto in the near future - with nicer weather and have no hesitation in staying at the Timbre Heroísmo again. MUITO OBRIGADO."
