"We travelled as a family with 4 and really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. No parking on-site but there is a nearby car park with offers a discount to hotel guests. We found the location convenient to get to all the main sites and would happily stay here again next time we’re in Bristol. Thank you!"

"Check in was exceptional with the host helping all our needs and even guiding me to the free car park which I’ve never seen in a city. The breakfast hosts was amazing chatted to my 4 year old and helped make a tray for my 12 year old daughter who wouldn’t get out of bed. The room was clean and comfy. Lovely atrium, and room was a good size, with two double beds and still loads of space for a cot and desk etc. The only negative thing was that the shower curtain smelt foul, and the pillows were very soft which just wasn’t to our preference. "My partner and I had a wonderful stay here for 3 days, we had no issues at all. The location is very central to Frome, so we didn't have to walk far to get to the places we wanted to visit. I read in other reviews that the car park is small and difficult to park in, so we parked in other carparks near.
