"Absolutely amazing , stunning location, hotel was so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice ! Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "

Our waiter Hr Ferenc was amazing. Maybe issue guest card on arrival without having to ask for it would be good. The free local buses and train were excellent for getting to and from our walks which were thoroughly enjoyable. All in all a wonderful weeks break, thank you. "

Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. "The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...

"Overall a very nice hotel. As mentioned elsewhere rooms though a good size are somewhat dated. The bathroom in my deluxe room was very 90’s…I wouldn’t normally expect a shower in a bath for an upgrade room, The Spa is the stand out feature of this hotel. Beautiful views of the mountains…particularly at dusk. Very relaxing. The hotel is very much a family hotel. I personally found the dinner options very limited…4 mains and one desert option. (Or that’s all I was presented with) Business...
