"John and I are in our 70s and stayed at The Manoir du Roselier with our daughter and son-in-law. I can honestly say that we have stayed in many wonderful hotels over our 54 years together but this one is way beyond exceptional. The rooms had many wow factors, our bathroom and the one adapted for those with disabilities were thoughtfully designed with top quality units and facilities. "You know it’s a good hotel when 3 days feels like a week away! Suite 8 is wonderful. Panoramic views, easy beach access, private terrace, well equipped room. The only challenges were the stairs (3 long flights down), slow draining shower - it happens and struggled to park due to demand, but got lucky. "

The bed was comfy, there were several English tv channels including BBC1 and 2, ITV and channel 4. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and well planned. The breakfast was all self service. "I wouldn't even choose to stay here again. This 'campsite' was lacking in any atmosphere at all. Very unlike any French mobile home campsite I have ever stayed in before. The small pool was just adequate, the wifi non existent, the small shop was laughable, it didn't sell bread at all. The bar closed at 8 along with the reception. The mobile homes were badly placed and created very dark rooms (being right up against tall hedges) none of them had any view. We chose a three bedroomed mobile home...
