"I was very happy with this hotel. It is located directly on the waterfront, a short 10min walk away from Intramuros, and a 15min walk from the TGV train station. My room (fourth floor, street side) was small but cozy, with a comfortable bed and a very good shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English for the times when my (very limited) French gave out. Breakfast was excellent. "The hotel is well located and we had a big room overlooking the port. We were a bit disappointed with the poor quality of the property and an overall musty smell especially in the corridors which have no ventilation. Its overpriced for the quality. I dont recall any AC but by opening window and (rotting) skylight the draft was sufficient for September. "
