"This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the cruise port and many other amenities. The train and tram stations are within 1 block of the hotel. If you don't speak French be prepared to use a translator, the staff mainly speaks French. The laundry room is great bonus amenity. "

"Nous sommes partis à cet hotel pour notre anniversaire. J’ai cherché un emplacement avec un spa (sauna, piscine, jacuzzi…). C’était trop bien. Par contre nous avons eu une surprise que l'hôtel n’a pas prévenu que la partie SPA sera fermée pendant quelques jours (heureusement à partir du jour de notre départ!). Petit déjeuner trop cher à mon gout. Je ne prendrai plus. Le room-service au top, avec produits (boissons et sucreries) fait-maison. Trop bon. Avant réserver, pensez à checker si le SPA...

"Although near the beach, the hotel is not on the beach, as it appears in the photos. Rooms are renovated but very simple, smelly toilet area and shower-head that sprayed on the ceiling. Not a bad stay, but definitely not a 4-star hotel, 3-star at best. Not worth the price, unfortunately. "

"Everything was great about this place. Super clean, right in the beach, and close to downtown and the casino. There was just one really odd element- I tried to buy a bottle of wine at the bar downstairs to take up to my room, and this seemed to be a big hassle. The bartender had to call some one to find out how to ring it up and the tried to give me 4 glasses- I can’t imagine it’s a foreign concept for someone to want a bottle of wine in their room. "

"This property is amazing, first thing first it really nice, we arrived late night and trust me it’s worth it for the eyes. The staff on all level is awesome, super friendly and available for you, the rooms are big and have all the amenities you expect from those kind of hotels, easy parking, easy transportation to the center of Deauville and back to the hotel thanks to their shuttle that runs for a large part of the day and night, if you like golf there is a whole green as part of the hotel. "This property is amazing, first thing first it really nice, we arrived late night and trust me it’s worth it for the eyes. The staff on all level is awesome, super friendly and available for you, the rooms are big and have all the amenities you expect from those kind of hotels, easy parking, easy transportation to the center of Deauville and back to the hotel thanks to their shuttle that runs for a large part of the day and night, if you like golf there is a whole green as part of the hotel. The craziest part of it is that when I booked I thought it was a 5 stars hotel but he is actually just a 4 stars but with much much better service and quality that you could get in most 5 stars hotels. .The only inconvenience I could state would be maybe a bigger, more advanced gym but thats about it"
