"Very accommodat8bg staff, though the room assigned after booking through hotels.com had no window, I’m finding that hotels now reserve the worst rooms for those of us who have used third party booking services. Makes these services counter productive, so now use 9nky to find hotels with rooms, and then directly book. "

We were in the room and someone(not cleaning service) just opened the door and later didn’t explain who he was, a little bit concern about safety 2. 4 nights there but we only needed 1 time cleaning service, which they didn’t clean the trash and toilet "

"An excellent boutique style hotel. The personal and friendly service from all the staff was exceptional. We needed a little help and nothing was too much trouble. Lounge with free tea and coffee available all day is a great touch. They even had jars full of sweets. Rooms are immaculate with huge showers. Location is fabulous. Close to a square full of cafes - with the port and shops within walking distance. I could not recommend this place any more. A real gem of a find."
