"The hotel is an ideal base for a short break in Jerez. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our only disappointment was the restaurant which we dined in on Saturday evening. The service was not very warm or attentive and the food was average for the price. There are much nicer restaurants in the city that offer a better menu and for more value. "

"Another fantastic stay here. This is a quiet Country Club style hotel with a renowned and top value restaurant in a rural situation just to the east of Spain’s famous sherry producing and horse fair city, Jerez de la Fronteira. Very comfortable, quiet and peaceful stay here with the most charming staff at all levels. Only wish that we could get here more frequently. "Stayed two nights for tourist visit to Jerez. Good location for equestrian show/school. We found limited dining options in the evening and at the time of our stay the hotel restaurant was closed. We also didn’t partake in the breakfast buffet, or the hotel parking as we felt both were not good value. Found breakfast and parking options nearby. On a positive note, the room was comfortable and clean, and the in-room safe was repaired promptly. "

"Lovely friendly knowledgeable staff, great restaurant recommendations, easy 10-15 min walk from bus station, only couple minutes from the beach. Comfortable room, lovely terrace and best of all a bath in Spain that fits a 6ft+ chap. My stay was very quiet, didn’t hear a sound. I think the fact is away from the main plaza may be off putting for some but I think mean quieter stay "

"The location was good but there was a wedding so the noise started from 12 00 to 23 30 non stop. Then on Monday there were noise of work building at an early hour so i struggled with this. The keys didnt work several times so going to the ither building ( the hotel hast 2 parts) and try to fix the keys is a pain... The spanish bar beside called "a bocados" is 5 stars."

"This property has great potential but is sadly in need of major updates! Everything looks tired. You get what you pay for and sadly they seem to be struggling to stay in business. There was a yoga class that used the grounds when we were there so it seems they are trying to get extra revenue in. I picked this place because of the great reviews & for a bit of relaxation, but it was a big letdown. Although they were not busy, there was no offer for a room upgrade."
