"The host Beatriz made our stay most enjoyable. We had no hot water for a couple of days but Beatriz dealt with the problem immediately. The indoor parking space is tight. The one thing that was disappointing is that there is no Wi Fi and we had to go to the local library to get our emails."

"Very clean, well furnished, and centrally located. However I was surprised that it was on the second and third floors. The owner was readily accessible on several occasions. I do recommend that the VRBO clearly describes that the first floor of the apartment is on the second level for anyone who has mobility or respiratory issues. I gladly would stay there again."

"Super friendly, helpful property owner. Free parking about 250m away from apartment. Apartment is located in a residential area about a mile away from most sights and restaurants. There is a good grocery though (Supermercado Dia) just a 3min walk away. "Firstly, the location is ideal. There is the bus station and an Aldi supermarket only 5 mins away on foot. It is 10-15 minute walk from the beach and downtown Sanlucar. The apartment is well kept, clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The wifi and TV worked well. The kitchen was adequate for our needs so we could easily prepare meals. "Property is within walking distance of the main plazas and the river/ocean. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downside is parking is only available on street and not always close. There is plenty of room to load and unload things temporarily. Owner is very nice and the apartment is furnished nicely in an older Spanish style. We truly enjoyed our week there. "
