"Very good location with economical parking option. Room is in good size and looks nice at first sight, however, when walking around the room, the floor is sounds, the fan in bathroom is sounds. And room clean service looks like not available every day, during 4 night stay my room only been treated twice. Been visited Leicester many times, this one is most central ever but hope it improves."

"I was expecting something else so was a bit disappointed, the receptionist was very good on the check in day. the beds and rooms weren't made or cleaned, couldn't increase or reduce the volume on the tv, soap had ran out apart from those it was a pleasant 2 days"
