"If you are looking at this place, ask for the Harrod room. Kingsize bed and big bathroom with a stand alone roll top bath and separate shower. If you were a romantic couple, you wouldn’t leave this room. Comfortable Bar area and small restaurant with a full menu from Tuesday to Sunday. Pizza night on a Monday. Excellent parking. There is some road noise but it’s Ok. "

The bed was super comfortable. The details of the property added extra comfort too. We were visiting Stamford so it was an easy 15min drive through countryside. "Can't review hotel as never actually stayed there as they relocated us to another hotel saying it would meet our booking which was family room for 2 and breakfast, what we got was a single room with double bed and no breakfast, so spent weekend sleeping with my 40year old daughter with no breakfast not what was planned. They did refund £20 which was used for taxis because it was so far from where we needed to be."
