"We were warmly welcomed when checking in and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great - delicious and large portions at dinner and a good breakfast the following morning. Our only minor complaint is that the room was on the cool side and the heating didn’t work. "

"Hotel was lovely, old in style by very grand. Lovely warm rooms, shower over bath but was excellent. Room had empty cupboard for a fridge but non provided. No plug sockets next to bed for phones. Spacious and free car park. Great location. Very grand high end dining room, excellent staff. Would highly recommend. "
