"Wonderful stay here with my wife for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was exceptional and our room had a lovely view of lake Lugano. Definitely come here if you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Also had a day pass for the CEO spa at the hotel next door which was phenomenal! "We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rosa. The staff we extremely helpful, providing excellent tips for dinner and even booking tables for us. All of which were within a 10 minute walk. They even went above and beyond by helping me print tickets for an event. The room, for a family of 4, had a spacious layout and the view was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, more than meeting our expectations. "

"When we stayed there the fire escape was blocked and various items were stored in the fire escape and the fire doors failed to close automatically. I brought this up to the attention of the facility and they corrected everything right away except the fire doors closing. Hopefully the fire doors automatically close now otherwise I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."

Ample parking, large space for big cars and free compared to our last hotel that charged 11 euro per night for an awful garage. Love the sumptuous breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. In the evening, there's happy hour kind of snacks which are delicious. Hotel is clean and room spacious. Could have given them 6*"
