"Staff were excellent, a conference had just finished as we arrived and it would have been been easy to have overlooked new arrivals but the staff were excellent and ensured we were looked after well. The restaurant on site was good and offered reasonable food, bar had great selection and room enabled a good nights sleep comfortable bed. "

My 2 complaints: broken gym equipment ( and also the dearth of proper equipment ) and noise coming from a storage room late at night. Both may be unique to me. Otherwise I highly recommend this property! "

"Good location, just a short walk to the centre. Underground car park a bit tight fir a large car but very useful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent."

"Hotel was pleasant. Dined in the restaurant and the young waitress did a mighty job, against all odds. Bar, restaurant and kitchen sorely understaffed, leaving customers waiting to order, receive their meals and pay. At some stages, even the hotel receptionist was helping out in the bar and kitchen. Staff at all times maintained pleasant demeanours and didn’t fluster at the criticism they received from some patrons, but should not have found themselves dealing with this situation.
