"We loved our large broom. We had two twin beds and a queen bed, which were all very comfortable. The breakfast, an included option, was delicious and plenty full. We especially recommend the waffles, which were one of the most delicious waffles we’ve ever had. There are lots of parking on the premises. Be mindful that you have to take the stairs to go to the second floor. "

"I had a great stay at the No 1 Pery Sq. The rooms are lovely, the room was warm. The bed is comfy and the shower is good. The staff are friendly, especially the night staff gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and again the staff very friendly. My personal preference is for tea and coffee in the room, which they didn’t have but that is my only problem. The area is quiet but very close to Limerick Colbert railway station, which suited me admirably. I would stay here...

Our room was immaculate and very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The weather was fantastic so we were able to sit and relax in the lovely courtyard. We’ll be back!"
