Only downside was the lack of coffee makers in the room and minimal breakfast offerings in the cafe. "

"Very nice hotel in a reasonable walking distance from tons of Memphis sites. There is also a lovely local grocer less than a 10-minute walk to the southwest. The user-controlled speaker in the room playing music 24/7 was a very nice touch. I had no issues with other noises during my stay. I was on the 6th floor. I highly recommend. "

"Everything was great. The only complaint I have is that our access code wasn’t activated so we couldn’t get into the building when we arrived. We had to text support and it took about 15 minutes to get it activated and get in. While getting luggage from the car, another couple arriving had the same issue with their code."
