Room was warm but with a window open it was cooler. The towels were changed when they didn't need to just need to practice what they advertise for sustainability "

"We stayed here the night of and before my wedding - the staff went above and beyong in making us feel special and spoiled, even moving us to a lovely suite for our wedding night! Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and service. "

"An older property but clean. Wonderful staff. Some fixes were quickly dealt with. 2 mins from the station. Many nearby shops and good restaurants and bars. Busy area but everyone very friendly. There was a free minibar and free booze in decanters — that’s a first! Don’t expect single malt."

"1 night stay as seeing a band at the hydro. Location excellent as it is a stones throw away from the venue and not far from the city centre. Was a 25 minute easy walk or can get a 4 minute train from central to exhibition station. Service was excellent, particularly the lady at reception and 2 gentlemen and lady at breakfast the following morning. Room was very comfortable and has everything you need. Beds very comfortable.
