"I had an excellent stay at the IntercityHotel Geneva. The hotel was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was consistently professional. "Definitely a quirky property, with comfortable rooms and excellent staff. The food offering was very limited, but I actually appreciated the simple healthy choices on offer. I would have preferred to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. The communal “galley” area on each floor with its boiling hot water tap didn’t work for me as a concept. I would have also preferred a higher bed and thicker mattress, but the use of a ribbon to stop the duvet moving about too much at night was inspiring. "

"We like this hotel. We were here last year and it is convenient to both the train station and the lake downtown area. The hotel is nice but could use a little updating. Otherwise, breakfast good, service very good. Nice folks."
