"Only there for one night. Picked it because it offered airport transportation for our flight home the next morning. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it was about a 40 minute drive to the airport. I'm sure it's a lovely property... we didn't have an opportunity to explore or experience much, since we arrived late at night and had to leave early the next morning. "Started out rough! As guests to this hotel, they did not allow us to make reservations at their restaurant because they were overbooked. They say that they have enough room to support their guests but they do not so we did not eat there. Had to go to the REWE to get food because there are no restaurants around this Hotel! And the worst thing of it all, it was 33°C, and the rooms were scorching. They do have one fan in there for a boat because we always travel with fans because rooms are usually...

"This was the first hotel I stayed at on my trip. The staff were very professional, pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a lovely location. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and was delicious. I ate dinner at the hotels restaurant and truly enjoyed my meals!! The service was excellent!"

"The hotel was modern yet had the feel of a bed and breakfast due to the amazing family that manages it. The breakfasts were fabulous. We felt like we were in a village but only 45 mins (or less) from the Frankfurt airport. We enjoyed bird watching/walking along the river, tasting wine at the Ingelheimer Vinothek and day trips in/around the area. We would absolutely go back."

"Beautiful hotel central to restaurants"

"1st time I went to a renewed part of hotel and was great. This time I took another room, at the old area and was not so comfortable. Also there were people at restaurant and you could hear from the room. I could not sleep due to the noise."

"Great place and great location. One major drawback however is the Glockenspiel, on a tower inside the hotel courtyard, that rings for several minutes every hour on the hour from 10 am to 10 pm. You can not only hear it, but feel it in the nearby rooms when it chimes. Can be very annoying for one trying to take a midday nap or who has gone to bed early. (Also, I discovered too late that had I booked directly with the property, the parking would have been free and the taxes reduced.) "
