Der Check in gestaltete sich etwas problematisch, da der Code nicht der richtige für den Schlüsselkasten war, die Vermieterin war aber sofort hilfsbereit am Telefon. Leider war in der Wohnung, keine warme Heizung im Badezimmer und im Wohnzimmer ging ein Fenster nicht so zu, dass man es hätte abschließen können, so war die ganze Zeit kalte Luft „Zugwind“ wenn man auf der Couch gesessen hat. Das WLAN Passwort war ebenfalls das falsche....

"This was a last minute find and was great. I thought the pictures were for a lobby or something, not the apartment. I was happily wrong! Everything was as described and better. Sven met us and gave a history of the hotel - very interesting. Awesome location just off the Rhein provided Great walks and relaxation. Close enough to walk to train station. There is even a great little bakery we walked to each morning. I highly recommend!"

"While I do speak a little German, Frank spoke perfect English. He was extraordinarily accommodating in assisting with any needs and very prompt with communications. He had great ideas when we didn’t. The property itself was extra clean and there wasn’t anything it was lacking.
