"Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. It did, however, work well, and was adjustable, which isn’t always the case in hotels. We will stay in Eaton next time we’re in HK but probably opt for one of the...

We paid for our meal and were told we had 20 minutes. We were okay with this but unfortunately the staff began clearing all food from buffet within five minutes of us sitting. Other than that I would recommend this hotel."
