"Air conditioning unit could have been cooler ..only went down to 23 degrees.. On hot days it should be able to go down cooler.. When you don`t want the room cleaned out etc. put a sign on the "Do not disturb" there fore thecleaners know not to cleen the room.....where there is no sign the cleaners that you need to change sheets and clean the room etc....Bye Bye.. Thank you.."

"Hotel is in a great location, the room was spacious and very comfortable. Suggest you book a restaurant table for breakfast in advance as on the Sunday we had to eat breakfast in the cafe. The restaurant was full with large groups who were given priority. This was annoying as the restaurant had told us on the Sat night there was no need to book our table for breakfast. Disappointing service! The breakfast manager in charge just said the dinner staff shouldn’t tell people that and wasn’t...

"A great location, a gorgeous old building, close to the heart of Launceston. Great restaurants and parks close by, with on site parking, it all made for a lovely stay. "Location: Wonderful. The property is licated in a quiet residential area with beautiful jomes. Its a short down hill walk to the city centre. Easy parking and easy to drive to from outside the city.
