"Property in general was well-kept. Service was good and our meal at The Beerhouse was excellent. The website advertised free breakfast, but no one could tell me where that was. The room appeared very clean, but when the toilet room door was closed, there were dirty panties and socks behind the door. I told the front desk when we checked out. No apologies although she assured me she would inform housekeeping!"

The hotel itself is so fun bright colored wallpaper art all over the place pool hot tub saunas pool tables literally has something for everybody. The front desk staff was OK. "Overall had a good experience. Hotel staff was friendly. The room was super clean and nice. The pool area needs some work but the kids enjoyed it. The free drinks for two hours and the free breakfast were great!!! Our only inconvenience for the weekend was the fire alarm going off at around 11pm and having to evacuate the hotel. Luckily we did not have to stay outside for long. Thank you to the staff and the fire department for your quick response and keeping every one safe. "

She was working the front desk the late afternoon of 4/23 and again around 11 am on the 24th when we checked out. I saw her exhibit great compassion when the guest in front of me was chdcking in and began crying due to a family illness at Barnes Hospital.
