"This is the second time in this hotel, and I can clearly notice the decline in services. I had a suite this time but I noticed dust at the bathroom floor, no hot water, plus I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in because the guy at the reception wasn’t aware of what to do with online booking! "

"It is horrible stay... Room is small, smell some bad bed is very very bad and sheets are dirty with hair allover and spots. Bathroom is small and towels are almost black and old... The list will go on."
