"Hello! Our experience was wonderful. By far our most favorite stay with a gorgeous view from our balcony, comfortable room, and spacious bathroom. We loved everything about the design of the hotel. Service was wonderful, friendly, and professional. Josh was a great help during our stay and check-out process. Delicious breakfast and we were especially happy to have the coffee lounge on floor M. "Great location. Walking distance around city and close to Han market. Lots of local food shops around the hotel area too. Hotel has great view facing the dragon bridge ( if selected view room). A little noisy in the evening but ok after 11pm. hotel room has wooden floor rather than carpet which is much better for me. The only downside of this hotel is the bathtub is too high and not safe for older folks. Plus the hotel should vacuum the floor thoroughly and changing the toilet floor mat...
