We were on Floor 8 and the walk to the room from the lobby was over 5 minutes even if the slow lifts were available. Staff were friendly and helpful. "This Park Plaza is very big and busy. The elevators were OK in spite of the size. It is located in a very busy area of town and the bridge to Westminster was often very busy, hard to cross. The room was comfortable, but the lighting system was confusing. You need to sign up for a spot in the swimming pool. The pool is smaller than the pictures would indicate. The gym was fine. Some of the rooms look out on an indoor atrium and do not have much natural light. It is lacking a nice sit down...
