"A last minute booking for a night away as a family of 3. Hotel was nice, friendly staff, lovely facilities. Some staining on bedding and towels, they were fresh items, but some dried up stains. It was hard to regulate temperature in room, radiator was adjustable, and window very limited opening."

"Myself and my husband had a lovely 2 nights here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all excellent, staff extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The pool, sauna and steam room were all extremely clean as was the rest of the hotel. Looking forward to booking our next visit!"

"Had such a lovely stay and will make this my go to spot in Inverness! I arrived quite late due to train delays and they couldn’t have been less bothered. Fixed me up something to eat in the bar and restaurant downstairs (which is excellent) straight away. My room was so comfortable and fully of lovely treats. "Overall a very comfortable experience. This is the second time we stayed in Macdonald's hotel, opted for half board and loved our meals everynight. Breakfast was great, would be nice to have meatfree options for vegetarians, even if not in buffet but can offer to prepare it if requested, still loved scones and beans and pancakes, kind and caring staff."

"Communication was great - clear and concise with everything explained well. Check in was all remote. We chose to add the parking for our stay - this is attached to the unit complex with lift access. The building and apartment were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment- very spacious and well maintained. Full kitchen as well. Great view from the balcony. Many options for food within 5 min walk. Major shopping Centre down the road. Felt comfortable and like a home as opposed to a hotel...
