"Perfect stay for two nights. Location - 5 mins from the station and also town centre. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable and neat, fully equipped with everything required. Breakfast buffet selection plentiful and high quality ingredients. Would definitely stay for future visits to Brig. "

"Our first impression of this hotel was not so good... a hotel built in the 1990s with a somewhat strange layout and in need of modernization. It’s definitely not a 4-* hotel. However, first impressions can be wrong. The spa in a separate building was quite amazing and the best after a day of skiing or hiking. Dinner on the top floor was very good and staff was very attentive. Not our first choice for a holiday but for a stopover this hotel was quite OK."

They even went above and beyond by helping me print tickets for an event. The room, for a family of 4, had a spacious layout and the view was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, more than meeting our expectations. "
