"Overall, we had a good experience at Hamilton Princess. There was renovation construction going on in one of the buildings that started every morning at 7 am, so if you are someone that likes to sleep in, good luck. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays with even a full life size gingerbread house and moon gate. The hotel has special menus for Christmas Eve and Christmas in addition to the normal menu and the restaurants were all delicious; however I highly suggested Intrepid....

"The view cannot be beat. Almost all of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dining at the resort was limited and very expensive. There was transportation to other restaurants owned by the property but also limited and expensive. The area is very desolate so it was necessary to use public transportation. Our room was very comfortable, but we did have to spray for ants in the bathroom. All in all, a great stay but not sure we would stay again."

"I'm a pretty patient and tolerant person and usually a big fan of the Fairmont, but this was probably the most disappointing stay I've ever experienced. The room we got looked nothing like the room I thought I booked online. It was clean but definitely needed an update. Ok so the hotel isn't fully renovated. I get it. I also get that the service might be a little slow since it's offseason, but I didn't expect to wait an hour from the time we put in a lunch order to the time it got delivered...
