"They need to hire an events coordinator. There was very little to do. Organized activities at the pool for adults and kids should take place. A bonafide New Year's party with dancing at the hotel would have been great. Encouraging customer interactions thru shared activities would be wonderful. automatic tip added to everything was abusive. The hotel, rooms, balconies, beach were amazing!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, excellent service, etc. A few things we especially appreciated was the excellent wifi everywhere, the super convenient access to a bus stop and the availability to get bus tokens from the front desk staff. Also, although the restaurant on the property was excellent, we didn't want to eat out every single meal and found the gas station minimart just down the street from the resort to be very well stocked. "

Unfortunately we were there while pool renovations were being done and the jackhammer all day long was a bit much , however we were offered a small refund . They have an awesome water ferry on the property but on a winter limited schedule . We made the best of the transportation and would recommend this beautiful resort to anyone who asked ! "

"The suite could hardly have been more comfortable. Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly, even offering us rides to nearby places, such as the grocery store. The balcony and view of the Sound were amazing. The property is situated directly next door to a ferry stop for Hamilton and even provided free ferry tickets. Only downside for me was the hotel is not close to restaurants or attractions. But between the ferry and taxis, it was not hard to get places."

"This was our 9th visit to Bermuda but our first stay at Royal Palms and we will return. It is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to Hamilton. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and both the bus and boat ferries. The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any other hotels we have stayed at. "This small but very well appointed unit was clean and pretty. It is in a residential area just off a main road on a bus route so easy to get around and has lovely ocean views. It suited my needs perfectly and was ample for 2 adults to stay ( my daughter and I). There really wasn't anything I needed and couldn't find. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells.
