"The hotel is very nice. Great staff. Only issue: no transportation. There’s very limited public transport around. However, a taxi could cost you on average 20€ to/from downtown. Other than transportation, the hotel is very good. "

"The Palazzo is a very well designed spa resort in a pretty area with excellent dining options. The staff is generally friendly and very helpful and we had excellent dinners and massages. The maitre d in the restaurant in the mornings was very good natured and helpful in providing me with take out coffee for my wife who likes to stay in bed to drink her coffee. "We stayed here to be outside downtown Bologna. Very nice place — great for weddings which was happening. They had a great onsite restaurant as well. It catered not only to hotel guests but also the locals. Our food and service were great. They had on site parking for free too — underground garage. The hotel staff was very friendly as well. Good stay. "
