"They give you earplugs and bug spray , the earplugs I thought for traffic and dogs . Not for your neighbors stomping up and down the stairs , fighting and screaming . I expected peaceful not chaos . We even spent the night in a different town to avoid them for the night so we can get good sleep . Complaining to management did nothing "

"This was really more like an AirBnB than a hotel, except without the cleaning fees and service charges. It’s not “really” a hotel. There’s no sign or lobby (to speak of), you check-in via a lockbox, and there was no daily room cleaning. Our room (#C) was large with full appliances, great TV with Netflix and Roku, but it’s a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator. And there’s no A/C. The building is old, but charming, and faces a very nice park with cool drinking and dining places all around. ...
